These Terms of Service ( "Terms" ) regulate access to the hexioinvest site, apps and services the "Services") operated by hexioinvest. Creating an account means accepting the Terms entire.
1. Who may join. You must be adults in their jurisdiction and legally competent to form binding contracts. Where the platform are unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Account accuracy and 2FA confidentiality stay your obligation.
2. The Services. hexioinvest provides an electronic venue for the instruments listed on this platform. No part of this is investment recommendation; every trading choice stays with you. Market data displayed serves information only and might err or delay at moments.
3. Risk notice. Trading brings serious downside and suits only those who can hold through it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your initial margin. Only trade capital whose loss you you would survive.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and funding rates sit on our Fees page and constitute part of this agreement. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.
5. Conduct rules. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, IP infringement and illegal use are not permitted. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. To the maximum extent of law, hexioinvest is not liable for indirect, incidental and consequential losses connected to the Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms might change periodically. Using the Services after updates means consent. Governing law is the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
